Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that the goods you order are faulty or damaged, we will either refund your money to you, or send you an alternative, whichever you prefer. Just return the goods to us in the original packaging. We will refund the postage you have paid returning the goods to us. You must tell us within 7 working days from the order date via the "contact us" option on the website. If you want to change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order, please return the goods unused to us unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. However, please note that we will not be able to refund your return postage in this circumstance. Any returns must be unassembled, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Product Descriptions
Every effort is made to ensure accurate descriptions of all products. We are aware that colours can vary between different computer screens. Some of the products on this website, particularly the barefoot products are individual in terms of colour combinations and the likelihood is that that specific combination will not be repeated. As these particular items are hand made, no two are absolutely identical in terms of dimensions, faces sewn on to toys etc. Therefore, many of the products are individually photographed. Once it has been selected, it will be taken off the website and another will be photographed and put on to replace it. Delivery and Out of Stock Items
We do not always know how popular individual products will be and we can get caught out by unexpected levels of demand. Good wooden toys also take time to make and our suppliers import them from all over the world, because of this, delivery times can change and sometimes things we are promised do not arrive when they should. We will of course do everything possible to keep you informed if there is a problem or a delay in dispatching your order, advising you of expected delivery dates and giving you the option of a full refund if the expected delivery dates are not suitable for you.
